Privacy policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, DSG 2018, Telecommunications Act TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website. All employees of CC Airwell are subject to the confidentiality obligations under the Data Protection Act.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

We automatically collect and store information transmitted to us by your browser. Such information comprises:

  • browser type/version,
  • operating system used,
  • referrer URL (the web page previously visited),
  • host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
  • time of server access,
  • volume of data transmitted and
  • notification whether the data retrieval was successful.

The IP addresses of the users are deleted or anonymized upon termination of the use of the website. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are altered in such a way that details of personal or material circumstances can no longer be linked to an identified, or identifiable, natural person, or such a link can only be restored with disproportionate investment of time, cost and labour. The data in the so-called log files are evaluated by us in anonymous form in order to further improve our website and make it more user-friendly and to find and correct errors more quickly. In addition, they are used to control server capacities in order to be able to provide appropriate data volumes if necessary.

Your rights

You have the rights to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, revocation, and objection with regard to your personal data. If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the provisions of the data protection law, or that your data protection-based claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, such authority is the Data Protection Office (Datenschutzbehörde).

Should you have any queries regarding the collection, processing, and use of your personal data, or wish to obtain information, have your data rectified, blocked or deleted, revoke your consent previously given, or object to a specific use of your data, please contact us at: fuchs@ccairwell.com
