It all starts in Tanzania
A plot of land for the very first CC Airwell plant
We have reached the next major milestone: CC Airwell is now the owner of a large area in Tanzania designated for the construction and operation of our first CC Airwell plant. The selected 210,000-hectares offers consistently high temperature (its the drought center of Tanzania), making it an ideal location for the CC Airwell technology. Notably, the region experiences very little rainfall, with only three rainy days in 2024, which makes the need for a sustainable water supply even more urgent. Its a region where woman and children walk up to 6 h per day, to find drinking water.
Contract signed with the Government of Tanzania
Thanks to the ambitious and professional approach of the Tanzanian government, we have quickly identified an ideal site for the first CC Airwell plant – located in the Iringa District. In February 2025, the contract for this land was signed between CC Airwell and the Tanzanian government. As part of this agreement, the Tanzanian government will receive 10% silent shares in the CC Airwell Tanzania company. This plot of land also serves as collateral for our investors. Water for the people will be for FREE.
Preparations for the construction start are already underway. This important step marks the beginning of a project that will drive technological innovation while bringing positive change to the region.
Benefits for Tanzania
For the project, a 2,180-hectare territory has been designated for construction zone, while the majority of the 210,000-hectares area is reserved for the forest (and carbon credit trading) and the local population. CC Airwell owns the land, but only locals shall use it for agriculture, schools, hospitals, or infrastructure projects. We support these initiatives through silent investments to further promote regional development, which will also positively impact the dividends for our investors.
The CC Airwell project will bring not only a significant technological innovation to Tanzania but also far-reaching economic and ecological benefits. The region will benefit from the creation of new jobs, while CC Airwell´s innovative technology will drastically improve water supply for both the local population and wildlife. Moreover, through this project, Tanzania will be internationally recognized as a leader in sustainability and climate change and climate protection.
